Only cars whose seller has actually cut the asking price since the advert went up — every price we have recorded for the advert is compared, so a car cut twice is measured from where it started. 706 of the 4,541 eligible live adverts have a recorded cut. The order is not “most euros off”: it uses the same intelligence as the Top 10 — the size of the cut, where the new price sits against our market estimate, and how much confidence we have in that estimate.
